Returns & Exchanges

At Nyveli, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you encounter no surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy

We take pride in our ability to process all orders placed on our website quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever, please email us at nyveli@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Since the vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is essential that you contact us during this window so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No cancellation request can be taken into account once the order has already been processed.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to check that your delivery address is accurate and to contact us as quickly as possible to notify us of any change. A change can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. Nor are we responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.). In such cases, the parcels may be returned to us, but this is not always the case.

If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you either a refund of your order minus shipping costs, or a re-shipment, according to your preference.

You are not eligible for a re-shipment or a refund of your order until the parcel has been received back by the sender.

Return Policy

We accept returns* for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 14 days from the moment you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill in this return form. Sign it, then send it along with your parcel to the address we will provide when you contact our support team.
