The Nyveli website brings together a set of services, provided "as is", made available to users. It is specified here that users must remain courteous and act in good faith, both towards other users and towards the webmaster of the Nyveli website. The Nyveli website is updated regularly by GETSITE LTD.

Failing this, such use shall be considered as constituting infringement and shall be liable to prosecution in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The Nyveli website contains a number of hyperlinks to other websites (partners, information, etc.) set up with the authorisation of GETSITE LTD.
